Social Media Manager

 

  • Role Focus: This position is for a strategic and execution-oriented Social Media Manager who can embody a brand’s perspective, create engaging content, and visually tell stories. The core responsibility is to define and maintain the brand’s narrative across all social media outputs, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and manage the monthly content calendar.

  • Transform ideas into various social media formats: carousels, stories, reels, and memes.

  • Create compelling visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Maintain brand tone and aesthetic consistency across all platforms.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and influencer teams.

  • Analyze content performance to identify successful strategies and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: 4-5 years in a similar social media role, either agency or brand-side.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of design and visual storytelling.

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    • Possess good taste, quick thinking, and a keen eye for detail.

    • Enjoys both the strategic planning and hands-on execution aspects of social media.

Bonus Points:

 

  • Previous experience with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or lifestyle/wellness brands.

  • Availability of a portfolio or social media handles showcasing past work.

  • Ability to shoot/edit basic reels or direct photo/video shoots.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

  • Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Schedule: Day shift

  • Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus

  • Work Location: Remote
