Role Focus: We’re on the hunt for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai who can translate concepts into compelling visual stories. You’ll be instrumental in defining and maintaining our brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring every design is cohesive, on-brand, and visually striking. We need someone who can both conceptualize and execute, bringing ideas to life with exceptional design prowess.

Conceptualization & Design:
Develop and execute a wide range of visual assets for various marketing and communication channels, including social media graphics (posts, stories, reels covers), website banners, email templates, digital ads, presentations, infographics, brochures, and branding elements.
Translate marketing objectives and content themes into visually engaging designs.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices, integrating them into our visual strategy.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual tone, typography, color palettes, and imagery across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual assets align perfectly with written content and overall campaign goals.
Tool Proficiency:
Expertly use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
Prepare final artwork for various outputs, ensuring optimal resolution and file types for digital and print use.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with content creators, social media managers, and marketing specialists to bring campaigns to life visually.
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design assets for easy access and future use.
Innovation: Continuously explore new design techniques and tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our brand’s communication.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role (agency or brand-side).
Design Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating excellent aesthetic judgment, creativity, and technical proficiency.
Deep understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy).
Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions from brief to final execution.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma and Canva is highly desirable.
Platform Understanding: Awareness of design requirements and best practices for various digital platforms (e.g., social media dimensions, web resolutions).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and high quality in all design outputs.
Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.
Bonus Points If You:

Have experience designing for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), lifestyle, wellness, or e-commerce brands.
Possess basic motion graphic skills (e.g., animating simple logos, creating short social media animations using After Effects or similar).
Have experience with UI/UX principles for web or app design.
Can contribute to video editing or directing basic shoots.
Are comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
