Started his public life as the leader and enthusiastic General Secretary of students union of M.B. Arts & Commerce College, Gondal in the year 1978. In the year of 1979, He has started his business by became by became an LIC agent at Gondal. In 1980 he stood the No. 1 Agent of Jetpur branch of LIC on India this bring him to the fame and he was awarded with memento.

In the year of 1981, while doing the LLB course at Gondal he establish a chemical company i.e. Kadvani Chemicals on the outskirts of Gondal. In the year of 1990, an expansion project undertaken by establishing another factory namely M/s. Kadvani Chemical Pvt. Ltd. at Jamnagar. At Jamnagar, he was become popular for his service of society by conducting various programs for physically handicapped people, dumb and duff.

In the year of 1990 he joined at the lions club Jamnagar (west) as an ordinary member and within a short span of time he became first vice president. From Jamnagar he transferred the membership of lions club to Rajkot and joint with Lions Club Rajkot (midtown). In 1999-20000 he became the President. In 2000-01 he became the District Chairman (Hearing & Speech service) in 2001-02 he became the Region Chairman of Lions Club Region - II.

In the year of 1996 Lion Kishor L. Kadvani shifted his base to Rajkot and started the new venture started on the outskirts of Rajkot City namely M/s. Kadvani Forge Limited Company.

Lion Kishor Lakhabhai Kadvani is one of the leading and dynamic business personalities of Rajkot and Saurashtra Region. He is popular among the business circle and various social service groups for his sense of business and care for poor and depressed.

He was awarded with "RAJKOT RATNA" on March 17, 2004 by Rajkot's Most Respected NGO, Vivekananda Youth Club. During this occasion various leading Charitable Institution and Industrial Associations of Rajkot and surrounding areas gave him mementos in recognisation for his untired and unselfish service for the society.

A physically handicapped person with challenge at life vision. He was affected with polio at a very small age of  2 ½  years. But he is the best example of willpower to fight against the destiny, fate and survival and he overcome this disability with shear determination.

Shri. Kishor L. Kadvani was born to Shri Lakhabhai Kadvani and Smt. Santokben L. Kadvani on 14th May 1959 and he was bought up in the Princely state of Gondal of Rajkot District (Gujarat). Basic Schooling and college education were at Gondal.

Lion Kishor L. Kadvani was also the president of GIDC (Lodhika) Industrial Association, Trusted In Smt. Santokben Lakhabhai Kadvani Charitable Trust, Secretary of Kadva Patel Samaj-Gondal and also Vice President of the Society for mentally retarded.

Mr. Kishor L. Kadvani got married with Smt. Sheelaben on 6th June 1982 and they have two children, one girl and one boy.

Still the guiding principle in business and social life for shri Kishor L. Kadvani is 'SATYANISTA', 'PRAMANIKTA', & 'QUALITY'. This becomes the main motto for him throughout his business and social life.
