Viresh Desai, an in-charge curator of Watson Museum located in Jubilee Garden on Friday received a letter threatning that a bomb has been planted in the museum, police said.

Desai immediately informed the "A" division police station who alongwith bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot and carried out a thorough search but did not find any objectional material from the museum, police said.

The letter was posted from Vadodara, police said.

This was the second incident in a fortnight. Earlier, Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange authority had received similar letter which was also posted from Vadodara, police added.
