Devanshi Shah tops in the 12th Science examinations in Gujarat |

With 96.20 percent marks Devanshi Shah of C N Vidhyalaya of Ahmedabad has topped in the examinations of the 12th Science of the Gujarat Education Board. |

Announcing the results of the 12th Science and GUJCET today morning Education Minister Ramanlal Vora said that this year the result is 75.85 per cent. This is about eight percent lower than the previous year. Last year the result was 83.54 percent
The top ten list of the 12th Science has 18 students. Of these 13 are boys. Students of Rajkot dominate the top ten list with 9 students, while Ahmedabad comes second with 3 students. This year 80,169 students had appeared in the examination of which 60,808 have cleared the exam. Vora said that the number of students in the Science stream is increasing because of the consistent efforts of the education department. | |
Total 74.43 % boys and 72.82 % girls have cleared the exam. There are a total of 33 schools which got 100 % result.
